1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Service Description TrafficMacerator.com specializes in digital marketing services focused on increasing web traffic for our clients through various online strategies including traffic sourcing, SEO, targeted advertising, and social media engagement. The traffic can be shown in different monitoring tools (for example, SimilarWeb), depending on the security services, network and server setting of your site. This may change time to time, please test the service and use it at your own risk.
3a. Payment and Billing
All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All card payments are processed securely through the PayPal payment gateway. By placing an order, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the selected service or subscription.
Orders are processed and scheduled once payment has been successfully received and confirmed by PayPal (or Transaction Screenshot for other payment methods). A confirmation email and receipt will be sent after purchase and serve as the official record of the transaction.
For subscription-based services, billing occurs automatically according to the billing interval presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless a cancellation request is successfully completed before the next billing date.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by using:
• The payment management link provided in the receipt email, or
• The subscription management settings within their PayPal account
A cancellation is considered successfully completed only when a confirmation is generated, either:
• A cancellation confirmation message on-screen, and/or
• A confirmation email issued by PayPal and/or our system
If no cancellation confirmation has been received, the subscription remains active and billing will continue as scheduled. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the cancellation process has been fully completed and confirmed prior to the renewal date. Canceling a subscription prevents future billing cycles only and does not refund or reverse charges for the current billing period. If a subscription is canceled after a renewal payment has already been processed, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and the charge will remain valid and non-refundable.
Our support team is limited to assisting with technical issues related to the platform and providing general guidance on how to use the service. Support does NOT process or assist with cancellations, refunds, billing disputes, or payment reversals.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these billing terms.
3b. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital marketing services involving the delivery of internet traffic, which begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.
You agree not to initiate a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal for services that have been purchased and processed. Once an order is placed and payment has been confirmed through PayPal, the service is considered accepted and processing begins immediately.
Because our services involve the reservation, setup, and delivery of digital traffic, the service cannot be returned, reversed, or recovered once processing has started or traffic has been delivered.
If a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal is initiated for a completed or active order, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate access to our services.

Cancel any active or pending services associated with the account.

Provide order records, delivery logs and service activity logs as evidence to PayPal or the payment processor to contest the dispute.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept that the services provided are non-refundable digital services and that delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Our services consist of digital marketing services involving the purchase, reservation, setup, and delivery of internet traffic. Because these services are digital and begin processing immediately after payment confirmation (PayPal’s payment confirmation or Transaction Screenshot of other payment methods), orders cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded once they have been placed.
Once an order is submitted, traffic inventory is reserved and technical setup is initiated to deliver traffic to the destination specified by the client. These actions cannot be undone, and delivered traffic cannot be retrieved or reversed.
For this reason, refunds are not available under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed.
By placing an order, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

The service involves digital delivery of internet traffic.

Work begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Digital services that have begun processing are non-refundable.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing service details, destination URLs, and order specifications before completing payment.
Support inquiries regarding refunds, cancellations or payment reversals will not be processed. Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription either through the payment management link provided in the receipt email or through their PayPal account. Failure to properly cancel the subscription before the renewal date may result in automatic renewal and billing.
5. Service Acknowledgement & Use of Services The client agrees to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purposes.
By placing an order, the client confirms that they understand the nature of the service being purchased. The client acknowledges that the service consists of the delivery of internet traffic to a destination specified by the client, and that this service is considered delivered once traffic has been sent to the provided destination URL.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the destination website, landing page, and tracking systems are properly configured to receive and measure the traffic delivered. We are not responsible for issues related to website availability, tracking errors, analytics discrepancies, server downtime, or third-party tracking limitations.
Traffic delivery records maintained by our systems shall serve as the official proof of service delivery.
6. Intellectual Property All content on TrafficMacerator.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TrafficMacerator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability TrafficMacerator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Disclaimer Our Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. TrafficMacerator makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms TrafficMacerator reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
